The Junior Room children loved gathering items in nature to make a bug hotel for Science Week. All of the children’s hotels have sugar in them to attract minibeasts. The children suggested not adding sugar to one of the hotels to investigate whether it would attract less minibeasts than the hotels with sugar!

We have 3 Classrooms at the ready as we prepare to welcome all students and staff back to Scoil Naomh Fiachra. We would like to extend a special warm welcome to our new Junior Infant Class and indeed to all the boys and girls who will be joining other classes in the school!
